Welcome to Peninsula Spine & Sports Rehabilitationr
Welcome to Peninsula Spine & Sports Rehabilitation, Chiropractic facility. Dr. Rommel Hindocha is a Chiropractor in Burlingame, California. We have been practicing Chiropractic in San Mateo for 12 years prior to moving to our Burlingame location. Burlingame & San Mateo Chiropractor, Dr. Hindocha provides relief from: acute and chronic neck and back pain, shoulder and shoulder blade pain, arm and wrist conditions, hip, knee and ankle pain and pain into the legs.
Dennis F. began his care with pain at a level of 8 to 10 on a 10 scale. Besides severe low back pain he had pain and numbness radiating down his leg to his right foot. He was developing symptoms in his left leg and foot. Large doses of Vicodin still did nothing to stop the pain. After 8 weeks of treatment on the Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression, his pain level was a 2 out of 10 without any pair medication.
Words From Our Patients
I wasn’t a typical patient in that I had a very painful but treatable (non-disc) related neck injury. It had lasted over 8 months, and I was tired of eating my cereal left-handed (it was that painful). However, the doc’ in just a few weeks has completely changed my life. I am not medically aware of what the heck he did, but I know that he really listened, took a lot of notes, and seemed like we were in the battle to recovery together. Highly recommend – don’t wait like I did – especially if you enjoy cereal as much as I do.
Using a combination of VAX-D, manipulation, and ultrasound, Dr. Hindocha was able to rehabilitate my back. Then by teaching advanced, yet easy to master, back-specific exercises, Dr. Hindocha gave me the tools to maintain my back in a comfortable state between visits. Now my back is better, stronger, more pain free than it has been in years. I can run, walk, climb and sit all without discomfort so long as I follow the routines he has taught me. This has tremendously improved the quality of my life, and I am extremely grateful to Dr. Hindocha and his approach for what he’s done
I saw Dr. Hindocha in the first trimester of my 3rd pregnancy. I have mild scoliosis, and chronic back pain that had become more intense with the pregnancy. His treatments were helpful and he had referred me to a physical therapy office that accepted my insurance. I feel he is professional and cares about his clients
